One of the most important functions of the Center is to engage in rigorous analytical investigation of critical diversity issues. Issues include policy implications, program strategies, diversity goals and impediments to achieving those goals, as well as promising practices that facilitate reaching them. The Center's approach is to develop brief working papers that are topic-specific and will be valuable for background and guidance on specific questions related to diversity initiatives. These papers will be published as they are written and archived to create a data bank for the accumulated information that we produce. These working papers will all be produced by CSD scholars both locally and nationally. In addition, we will from time to time publish critical reviews of major monographs, books, articles, and reports.

In addition, our Annual Reports are available to download as pdfs.
