Select Thursdays, Faculty Commons

Each semester, the Center for the Study of Diversity hosts brown bag sessions. These informal presentations allow for sharing of recent and ongoing research related to diversity on campus and in the community. Some presenters are recipients of CSD Research Grants; others are Faculty Scholars and other campus partners.

This semester's lineup includes:

  • Lindsay Naylor (Geography) February 22 "Food Geographies and Food Justice: Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in the Newark Food System"
  • Jenni Buckley (Engineering) and Tia Barnes (Human Development and Family Science) April 19 "Assessment of Student Culture for Women and URGs in the UD College of Engineering"

A flyer can be downloaded here. All sessions are 12:15-1:30 pm in 116 Pearson Hall. Beverages provided; bring your lunch!
